§ 04 — About
Colonel (Retired) Chris Willis brings more than 35 years of combined leadership and management experience. A 1991 graduate of West Point, Chris spent 25 years as a US Army Infantry officer — including tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Korea — leading organizations to the highest levels of excellence from platoon to division.
Chris then spent 10 years as a Department of the Army Civilian delivering combat capabilities to the US Army Maneuver Force — Infantry, Armor, and unmanned systems — as Director of the Maneuver Battle Lab (MBL) and Deputy Director of the Maneuver Force Capability Development (MFCD) at Fort Benning, Georgia.
His experience, Master of Science in Leader Development, and status as a Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional (CMSP) give him the unique ability to conduct leadership coaching, advise on combat capability development, and advise on combat capability experimentation.
